Dear Valued Client,
We wanted to share an important update regarding our online store production timelines.
Following unexpected downtime with one of our primary printers, we are currently working through a backlog while maintaining our quality standards.
At this time, online store orders are taking approximately 3 weeks to process, plus additional time to produce.
This decision is being made with our clients’ best interests in mind—to avoid overextending production and to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Please note:
All existing orders are in progress and remain a priority
Our team is actively working to reduce delays
If you have any questions or need support with your store, we’re here to help.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this and remain committed to delivering the best possible experience for you and your customers.
